1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team before sending any product back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
- Perishable goods.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or software.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or defective).
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@biocircum.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- The amount will generally be credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged if:
- They are damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on the part of BioCircum (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- For returns requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BioCircum is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return if the product qualifies under this policy.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The returned product is used or damaged by the customer.
- The return request is made after the applicable return period.
- The product is missing original accessories or packaging.
- The product falls under the list of non-returnable items.
